About Us
Trustpoint Property Solutions (TPS hereafter) was conceived to address the glaring disparity between the need for effective and efficient Property Management ( Residential and Commercial) and the on-ground delivery. With a booming Real estate market juxtaposed against aging infrastructure, the need for infrastructure upkeep is pressing and self-evident. Housekeeping and MEP apart (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), the need for critical life-saving infrastructure maintenance (like Fire Safety) is paramount. TPS acknowledges the unique personalized needs of each property and offers customized cost-effective solutions with the aim of gaining Trust and longevity in client-relationships. Hence, Trustpoint.

Founded by Shiv & Bhagirathi Vadrewu who wanted to leverage their decades long experience of living in condominiums in India and abroad to enhance the Joy of Living in residential societies and drive diligence in commercial properties.

Shiv comes with over two decades in sales and operations at Nokia, Amway and others. He worked across India, South East Asia and Middle East Africa markets driving Sales Operations. After extensive pro bono work in vendor management and driving purchase process in residential societies, Shiv took to managing a mid-sized budget hotel in the religious town of Shirdi, Maharashtra. The hotel is managed by a Charitable Trust which serves devotees visiting the temple town. Shiv manages the entire operations including Housekeeping, MEP vendors, Civil Works, Capital Expenses management, procurement and kitchen infrastructure.

Over a year of successfully managing this project has strengthened the conviction that property management has immense scope in India across various types of properties.

Property Management Services
Residential complexes, Hotels and Commercial Complexes. Comprehensive maintenance of properties including Housekeeping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fire Safety, Horticulture. We will be the interface between Management Committees and vendors to derive optimal benefits from vendor services.

Purchase Process Management
We understand that Running an effective Purchase Process is at the heart of Financial success (For-Profit and Not-for-Profit Organizations). We see a huge gap in the implementation of Purchase Processes stemming from either lack of subject matter expertise or time (or both); leading to either procrastination in Tendering exercises or downright shunning them. We will execute the RFP/RFQ as per defined scope transparently and in agreed timelines.
